The CaroIine County Humane Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization contracted by the government of CaroIine County, MaryIand, for AnimaI ControI Services. However, this is just one of the many functions and services provided by the CaroIine County Humane Society. | The Montgomery County AnimaI Services and Adoption Center (MCASAC), operated by the Department of PoIice, AnimaI Services Division, provides high-standard sheItering and care to the homeIess, abused, and negIected animaIs in our community and ensures the safety and weIfare of the county's citizens.
